Payment

You agree that you are liable to pay for all products and services that you purchase at esylang.com as agreed.
If you decide to move in the middle of the programme, you must pay the complete tuition fees for the programme you are enrolled in.

Refund

Cancellation and Refund Policy is based on that established by esylang, as follow:


  1. If the student decides to cancel his/her admission before the first day of classes, the fees with the Institution will be canceled and will be refunded 100% within 7 working days from the first day of class or the day of the cancellation, whichever comes first.

  1. IF Enrolled students Request refund before the first 4 classes for the program credits to be studied and same will be calculated until the day when a student is notifying the refund request at ESYLANG.
    The latest of these three dates plus an administrative and study material withdrawal fee of $200. For a student, the financial obligation will be calculated using the Last Day of Attendance (LDA). After the 5th class, no refund will be issued.

  1. If the Institution cancels the program of study before starting classes, any amount paid will be fully refunded including all fees assessed.

  1. If the student is marked by an instructor(s) as “no show” when the student did not attend one of his/her classes, it will be considered as marked attendance.

  1. All students must settle their account balance before starting the next level.
